Blessing of the Animals

On October 2, Avow Hospice will offer “A Blessing of the Animals” on its campus at 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples (Pine Ridge Road near I-75). The ceremony begins at 10 AM and is being held in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Pets and their owners are invited and the general public is welcome. No fee to attend.

Avow® Hospice is a community-focused, not-for-profit hospice, serving its friends, families and neighbors living in Collier County, Florida since 1983. Avow provides specialized end-of-life care to those living with a life-threatening illness and offers support to those who are caring for them. In addition, Avow Hospice has the only hospice house in Collier County (for in-patient acute care and respite). Avow Hospice is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations to help fund patient care and programs for our community.
