Andrew J. Krause, Esquire, joined the Board of Directors for Avow Hospice in December 2009.

Mr. Krause is a partner with the Naples office of Hahn Loeser & Parks, attorneys at law. He specializes in the planning of estates, charitable gifts, life insurance, qualified residence trusts, retirement plan distribution and more. He is a board certified wills, trusts and estate lawyer and is listed in the 2006-2009 editions of “Florida Super Lawyers” by Law and Politics. Earlier this year, Mr. Krause was also named to the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes exemplary professionals as nominated by their peers.

Mr. Krause holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Master of Laws degree in estate planning from the University of Miami.

Avow® Hospice is a community-focused, not-for-profit hospice, serving its friends, families and neighbors living in Collier County, Florida since 1983. Avow provides specialized end-of-life care to those living with a life-threatening illness and offers support to those who are caring for them. Our interdisciplinary care team provides medical care, pain management and complementary therapies. Avow Hospice cares for patients wherever they live. In addition, Avow Hospice has the only hospice house in Collier County (for in-patient acute care and respite). Avow also offers grief and bereavement support to the families and friends of our patients as well as anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. Avow Hospice is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations to help fund patient care and programs for our community.

Avow Hospice was formerly known as Hospice of Naples, Hospice of Marco Island and Hospice of Immokalee.
