Wachovia representatives from the Rattlesnake Hammock Rd. branch presented a $500 check to Avow Hospice on December 16, 2009. The employees at this Wachovia branch office were invited by their parent company Wells Fargo to identify charities in the area that would benefit from a community outreach grant. Following a group vote, Avow Hospice was selected to be the recipient of the 2009 donation.
